2. Refund Eligibility
Clean Bee Cleaning LLC offers refunds under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Provided: If Clean Bee fails to provide the agreed-upon cleaning service due to reasons within its control (e.g., staffing issues, equipment failure), the client is entitled to a full refund of any payments made for that particular service.
- Quality Issues: If the client is dissatisfied with the quality of the cleaning service provided by Clean Bee, the client may request a refund. Clean Bee reserves the right to assess the situation and offer a partial or full refund based on the circumstances. Clean Bee may offer to re-perform the service at no additional cost as an alternative to a refund.
3. Liability
Clean Bee Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for:
- Damage or Loss: Clean Bee will exercise reasonable care when cleaning clients' premises. However, Clean Bee is not liable for any damage to property or items that are not caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of its employees.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable items prior to the cleaning service. Clean Bee is not liable for damage to such items if they were not properly secured or disclosed to Clean Bee.
- Health and Safety: Clean Bee adheres to safety protocols and guidelines during cleaning. Clients agree to ensure the safety of their premises and occupants during the cleaning process. Clean Bee is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the client's premises unless caused by Clean Bee's negligence.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:
- Notification: Contact Clean Bee Cleaning LLC immediately to notify them of the issue and request a refund.
- Assessment: Clean Bee will assess the request and may ask for additional information or evidence to understand the situation better.
- Resolution: Based on the assessment, Clean Bee will determine whether a refund is applicable and, if so, the amount to be refunded.
5. Refund Disbursement
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by Clean Bee and the client.
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Late Cancellations: If a client cancels a scheduled service within a specified period (e.g., less than 24 hours before the appointment), refunds may not be granted.
- Damage by Client: Clean Bee is not responsible for damages caused by the client, including but not limited to damage to property or items during the cleaning process.
